What we don't do

Honest limits, stated plainly

We do not take on work outside domestic plumbing, heating, and bathroom installation.
We do not carry out gas work on commercial catering equipment, which requires a separate certification.
We do not give a fixed price over the phone because pipework and access can only be judged on site.
We are not a recruitment agency and do not place engineers with other firms or manage their staff.

We survey the job, then give you a written price for the parts and labour before any work begins, so the final invoice matches the quote.

Tidy, respectful finish

We lay dust sheets, protect your floors, and clear away all packaging and old parts before we leave, so you come home to a clean space.

Bathroom installations

From stripping out the old suite to fitting the new one, we plan the work around your daily routine and leave the bathroom usable at the end of each day.

Fast emergency response

Burst pipes, boiler failures, and blocked drains are dealt with on the same day, with temporary repairs made to keep your water and heating running.

Boiler servicing and repairs

We service and repair all major boiler brands, and we give you a clear rundown of what was checked and what was done.
